iDirectDoc Cognitive Mobile Telemedicine Solution chosen as healthcare solution
Alpharetta, Georgia – April 2018: Imperium Legacy Technology, Inc. has been selected as a Tier 1 Subcontractor by Genesis Concepts & Consultants (GC&C), a Prime Contractor on the National Institute of Health (NIH) $20 Billion Contract. GC&C has chosen Imperium Legacy Technology to deliver its solution, iDirectDoc Cognitive Mobile Telemedicine, into the NIH Community and its customers.
NITAAC (NIH Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center) is housed within the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) at the National Institutes of Health (NIH), and is a full- service acquisition program that has been designated a federal Executive Agent, authorized by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to administer three Government-Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs) for information technology (IT) acquisitions. CIO-SP3, CIO-SP3 Small Business, and CIO-CS can be used by any Federal civilian or Department of Defense (DoD) agency to acquire information technology services, solutions, and commodities from pre-qualified vendors at lower than open market prices in less time than going the traditional full and open route. But we’re not just a GWAC program anymore, NITAAC has expanded its support including its new full-service Assisted Acquisition program, and is one of three OMB mandatory sources for laptop and desktop buys through our Government-wide Strategic Solutions (GSS) program.
“We believe iDirectDoc Cognitive Mobile Telemedicine provides the right solution for healthcare now and with its integration of Artificial Intelligence, it will be the platform of the future in telemedicine. Analytics are used in our platform to provide the doctor a clear “view” of their practice and allows for greater operational effectiveness.

A key characteristic of quality healthcare is the relationship between doctor and patient. iDirectDoc is a Cognitive Mobile Telemedicine solution that provides both the doctor and patient an environment for continuous care, anytime, anywhere. Healthcare is about wellness and avoiding the onset of chronic conditions”, said Terry F. Cooper, CEO, Imperium Legacy Technology, Inc.
